Terms and Conditions

We will provide access to our Swim Spa to you for workouts:

• Water will be maintained to clean standards
• Water temperature will be kept at a consistent temperature
• Our facility will be accessible, clean and private for your individual workout  

In exchange, you: 

• Agree to pay for that access in advance of use
• Understand that there is no lifeguard on duty
• Are able and capable to use the swim spa safely on your own
• Understand this is for individual adult use only
• Agree to practice reasonable personal hygiene for a healthy experience for all of us
• No food or alcohol allowed in the swim spa
• No children or pets allowed in the swim spa
